To make this event more interesting and engaging, Mr. & Mrs. Barua will be accompanied by our popular social activist, dancer and presenter Ms. Purabi Permita Bose.
Ms. Purabi Permita Bose, a very well- known person as a Bangladeshi traditional dancer in Sydney community. She got her first lesson in the dancing at Nataraaj Dance School of Mymensingh District. She studied under the dance instructor Shree Jogesh Chandra Das. Later, she received training at Udichi Shilpogosthi. She started learning classical dances since she was 5 years old, and from then on, dancing is her biggest passion.
She has also worked with Shilpokola Academy, Shongeet Biddaloy and many other organizations.
Purabi is well known in Bangladeshi community as an active social worker. She is an active participant of few welfare community bodies and actively helping many LIVE programs in Sydney. Occasionally she mentors Children group performances.
She has received many awards for districts and national dance competitions. Purabi completed some workshops under the supervision of Shamim Ara Nipa and Shibli Mohamod at Nrittanchal Dance School.
She’s been performing in Sydney for the last few years.
